      Avantages

      Free food / drinks for employees and really nice customers. Very close staff and good times while working. You can learn a lot here

      Inconvénients

      Lots of hard work for minimum wage. Even though you grow in company they never raise anyones pay. Lots of cleaning and scrubbing floors or appliances. 14+ hr shifts without notice, no health benefits

      Avantages

      They get a lot of regular costumers that come in to eat and drink, they eventually become your clientele. The environment is fun, great music, great prices on food and drinks. Easy to Up sale. Happy hour is from 11am-7pm bringing in a lot of costumers daily.

      Inconvénients

      As a working place it can become childish with the workers they have working. They don't handle conflict well with workers , instead of dealing with things as a group the managers speak individually with the workers making them pick the more convenient side of the story even if it isn't true.

      Pression, lenteur, incompétence, l'ouverture, imprudence.
