      Avantages

      This could be a good stepping stone if you are starting your career. You will get a lot of opportunities and projects that you can work on to expand your skillsets.

      Inconvénients

      Salaries are not on time. The delays are on and off. There is no professional ways of communication. WhatsApp communication is what the company relies on. There are timings but only the timings to come in office for, you can not be late. There are no timings to go home. They call you at anytime saying its urgent needs to be done now and then you dont get any appreciation for putting extra hours.
