      Below market pay Very few benefits (Understandable considering the size of the company) and they don't provide much information about how can you use them.

We are Sapiensdev.com with offices in Austin TX, San Jose Costa Rica, and several locations in LATAM. - We do not serve free meals - We pay amongst top 10% of salaries in our markets. - And most important we don't have Customer Service positions like the one you said you hold Please make sure you review the right company next time.       Flexible schedule and easy going people.

      Inconvénients

      I can't think about anything wrong so far, just that project ended and there was no reasignment.
