      Avantages

      After our small company purchased by Sapiens begun process to transfer our clients to Sapiens infrastructure and in parallel we needed to upgrade versions by previous contract and legacy regulation, so Sapiens give us some bonuses

      Inconvénients

      The main cons that our staff reorganized every and every month one is forced to quit Sapiens try to deliver us to work for another positions that not compatible for our professional skills.

      Overloaded with too many tasks while not getting paid enough Was held to higher standards then everyone else

We are Sapiensdev.com with offices in Austin TX, San Jose Costa Rica, and several locations in LATAM. - We do not serve free meals - We pay amongst top 10% of salaries in our markets. - And most important we don't have Customer Service positions like the one you said you hold Please make sure you review the right company next time.       Flexible schedule and easy going people.

      Inconvénients

      I can't think about anything wrong so far, just that project ended and there was no reasignment.
