Avantages
-Really nice and helpful colleagues -A nice multi-platform game to develop with a good player base -Nice location and surrounded with good restaurants -Non-toxic work environment
Inconvénients
-Almost no benefits. Compared to other companies the company is pretty behind the era. -Least vacation days you can have in Germany (25 days) -Really poor compensation, you always need to work beyond the limits but what you earn doesn’t take you anywhere. - It is a crunch free studio but… the workload is so stressful and there is no time reserved for self development. -Too many unnecessary meetings and the time you spend for meetings is reducing the productivity.
