Poor leadership, frequent layoffs, low pay - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Sampler

Echoing the previous review about the CEOs stance on current humanitarian crises. Her viewpoints are more than controversial, it's outright appalling the content she's been engaging with on social media. There have been annual layoffs for at least the last 4 years, some of which impacted ~50% of the company. Pay is extremely low, raises happen less than once every 1.5 years, and are very underwhelming when they do happen. I cannot in good faith recommend working for a company with such little regard for their employees and a CEO with such beliefs.
