      Avantages

      We have a super friendly and supportive internal culture, with regular team outings too. I also love that we have a fantastic flexible working policy. The office is beautiful - definitely the best I've ever worked in.

      Inconvénients

      That Cake Wednesday doesn't happen every day 😜

      - Management is extremely understanding and flexible. - Entire team is very knowledgable and always open to connect and learn. - Check-ins are very constructive and designed to help you grow and become better.

      Inconvénients

      - Majority of team based out of the UK so it's sometimes hard to communicate as a US based employee.

To clarify, we’ve only had one person with “Director” in their job title leave Sampl, and their tenure was less than 1.5 years; not the 3-4 years stated here.
