      Avantages

      1-Mostly the colleagues. (Very decent people and caught in a transition in their life and Salescode/ Hemmersbach is just a stop! 2- HR is very nice, supportive and professional team. 3-Pleasent new office and flexible WFH

      Inconvénients

      1- Unachievable bonus scheme ( The bonus is considered 1/3 of your salary btw) 2- Too many managers with no/ low qualifications. 3- Lack of experience to set the right expectations, and get the clients to be more cooperative. (The opposite is true; time and time the clients discover he has been over-promised and the results are a product of window dressing / cherry picking) 4- 80% - 90% of all their clients is money losing business

      Great start up vibes and mostly cool people involved

      Inconvénients

      This is almost a contract job. If there is no work(software companies to represent for), they will lay you off. To loyalty for those loyal to them.

      Potential for job growth. I was in a training program for a client of Salescode’s

      Inconvénients

      Extremely unorganized, work equipment shipped late so we were unprepared for our first day on the job, emailed the HR team numerous times throughout my training and never got a single email back, the pay wasn’t great, all trainers I had were oversees. Lots of drama with hiring and firing
