We know the professionals we deal with have busy schedules, so we always try to be super flexible to make the transition as easy as possible. We truly care about the experiences we create everyday.

Sometimes recruiters/recruiting firms have a negative stigma from the beginning. If we could better help people understand that our goal is to help them find the best opportunity possible, experiences would be more pleasant for all.

There are absolutely NO pros here.

I have never in my life worked with a recruitment firm quite like this. Their main concern is nothing but slapping a candidate into an interview and see if it sticks. I had five minutes with the principal, Martin on the phone. He forwarded a resume and I had an interview date. I e-mailed SalesUP the morning of my interview only to be told by Tracy, an Associate of SalesUP that if this was a good match, then Martin would put a good word in for me and try to get me a phone interview. I HAD AREADY DONE THAT AND WAS SCHEDULED FOR A FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW! No one from SalesUP contacted me before this interview. There was no prepping for the interview by this firm and no follow up. Sloppy work. If was throw it and see if it sticks to the wall kind of work. This very small company obviously cares about nothing but trying to line their pockets. They have no regard for the interviewee! BEWARE!!! RUN!! There are much better recruiters out there!!!
