      Equipe sympathique et amusante. Des ingénieurs extrêmement talentueux. Excellente rémunération et équilibre travail-vie personnelle. Transition exceptionnelle de l'entreprise dans le monde du travail à distance. Jeux de mots de voile.

      Inconvénients

      Il faudrait être un terrien ou trois feuilles au vent pour trouver des défauts dans une entreprise à fond de cuivre comme SailPoint. Astucieux ?

      Avantages

      Collaborative environment, fair compensation and possibility of increase through shares awards, leadership that really tries to involve you with what you like doing - in my time here I never felt like a number, they genuinely care. Affinity groups give you the opportunity to meet people from many areas of the company. Pool of very qualified resources make staffing and overseeing projects easier. Product keeps advancing, so it never gets boring, there is always something new to learn. Good work life balance - heavier workload when projects going live or end of quarters, but lower in between.

      Inconvénients

      Mostly remote teams - easy to stay isolated, very rare opportunities to bring the team to in person gatherings.
