      Avantages

      Good experience for a first time job, learn a lot of lessons on what not to do. You can get a nice office since there are not many employees.

      Inconvénients

      Management is not very employee driven. Compensation is below par. Treatment of employees is based on personality and favourites. Very limited advancement opportunities. Personality issues lead to professional issues as management is not able to distinguish between the two.

      Avantages

      Working here really taught me a lot about the industry and the business end as well. Very challenging and a great experience.

      Inconvénients

      Not much to say, my time here was really enjoyable but after some time here things do become a bit casual.
