      Avantages

      There are some truly great people doing great work in the company.

      Inconvénients

      The midmanagement is embarrassingly unprofessional to the extent that I am surprised there have not been more lawsuits than we have had thus far. I have first hand witnessed Director level managers mock other people's cultures on team calls and HR complaints disregarded (perhaps to cover up?)

      Great benefits and good culture of getting stuff done. Remote aspect helps alot.

      Sometimes setting ambitious goals without factoring all the variables that come into play

      Remote, enjoyable co workers, salary.

      Inconvénients

      At least 3-4 layoffs a year. To many upper management that don’t know what they are doing. Hiring overseas and replacing workers in the US.
