      Good insurance. They're part of a union.

      Inconvénients

      Managers make all the money and treat their employees like slaves. If anyone complains, they manage to find a way to fire you. You have to be selected to become an apprentice before you can get raises.

      Avantages

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Inconvénients

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
