      Avantages

      Great employees and management. I am a college student and they are very flexible with hours.

      Inconvénients

      The salary is based on the hours you have in due to the Union. The harder you work doesn't guarantee you a raise. There is also a salary cap so you can only go so high.

      Avantages

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Inconvénients

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
