      Avantages

      It is better than being homeless. Better than working out in the heat. It's a paycheck. Hours aren't bad.

      Inconvénients

      Overworked, underpaid, under appreciated, and did I mention under paid?? High union dues for no benefits.

      Avantages

      A majority of the employees were great to work with. Benefits are great while you're in the union.

      Inconvénients

      inconsistent hours, horrible pay, unsafe working conditions due to building is actually falling apart. No discipline or accountability for emplyees who refuse to follow company policies. Corporate impossible to get in touch with.
