Avantages

- requires little to no intelligence to work in the corporate customer service center in Phoenix. -benefits are reasonable

Inconvénients

-management make promotion choices based on favoritism as opposed to performance and quality. - upper management looks like they should be in a rap video and not running a multi billion dollar company. -the chain of info is not efficient at all and you will find yourself as irritated as the customers. - your day is spent literally listening to people complain about how crappy safeway is, how bad the customer service is, how high the prices are and the fact that none of our promos ever seem to work. -If you complain to hr.... your just wasting your time. They do not care. - Safeway outsourse's to the Philippines for all IT issues. Every time you email a complaint it go's to India and the j4u promo is through a coupon company. It's a nightmare tying to clean up. - No raises for over 2 years.

I can't think of anything in particular. It's has ben a few years sense I've moved on.

Friendly and helpful colleagues, weekly pay and flexible schedule

Inconvénients

When it is busy, it is very busy. Lunch/Break may get pushed back or even denied in extreme cases because there is no one to cover for you.
