Avantages
You will get benefits as long as you work twenty hours a week.There is always opportunities to learn new skills and new departments. Movement within the company itself is flexible and for the most part schedules can be very flexible.
Inconvénients
Management often times can't afford to give benefits to every one so they will cut hours to cut your benefits. Often times you will be doing something that is not in your job description because of Safeway's policy of utilizing every employee to the company's fullest potential. Your schedule may never be the same week to week because they write a new one every week.
