      Good compensation. Some autonomy. Fair pay.

      Inconvénients

      Poor culture. Poor advancement opportunities. Problems don't get fixed. Super stressful due to poor planning. No appreciation for hard work. Benefits are minimal. Looong hours.

      Remote but that's i have to say here.

      Inconvénients

      This was a very toxic environment. Hopefully they have changed their ways by now.
