Avantages

DISGUSTING company. Unfair work ethic. Prejudiced against employees. Violates workers human rights. Violates health and safety act. Violates labour's standard acts. Repeatedly terminates employees with wrongful dismissals. Terminations are based on heirrasay, not work ethic. Punishes employees by reducing hours of work and shifts for being hospitalized repeatedly and without just cause. Failure to adhere to safety laws regarding their equipment including company vehicles. Inspections are falsified. Docking hours without explanation, denies employees room for growth, penalization for anyone who doesn't agree with their ignorant work ethic. Failure to comply with safety of the employee.

I've watched this despicable company put my husband through poverty, financial hardship, mental stress,prejudiced, made an example of. The last time I posted my review on this i believe the supervisor begged for me to remove it. I warned you this would happen if you treated my husband in an illegal Ill manner again. The gloves are off. This company treats their employees like objects; or lesser individuals. There is a favoritism among them as well. Whatever suits the supervisors needs it seems. The work ethic is terrible. The company vehicles aren't even up to par for inspection. And when I'm done I'll have the inspection at your office shortly. The health standards are atrocious. If anyone is sick they will punish them by removing them from vehicles, ignoring employee phone calls and answering why there is no work when they've regained their health. They punish them while even being admitted to hospitals. And demand detailed reasons about their health information. They rely solely on the he said she said of daily employee gossip. Almost like children. They illegally fire for wrongful dismissal. Which I'm sure some other employees who have been let go for bogus reasons would love their story told, and I will expose this company. You've put my husband through enough. They give trucks to their workers that don't even have gas filled in the tanks. They break down randomly and are told that they've been "fixed" which is not the case. And as far as the safety and health of their office on keltic drive? I've personally walked to that building and almost walked on a USED needle syringe directly in front of their office in THEIR parking lot. I wonder what the department of health and safety would have to say about that? Maybe they need to focus more on being fair to employees rather than prejudicial gossip. They base their "professional" justifications on actual rumours and what ever any employee tells them. I've watched them victimize and disrespect my husband. I watched them punish him wrongfully for being sick. And ignored calls and refused him work because he was sick. And he's not the only one; there is so much more. This company is corrupt. They will not be continuing to terminate employees for wrongful dismissal. They will not continue to single out individuals based on anything but their worth ethic. And they will not let this go unnoticed. You will not have the opportunity to do this to another employee. I will make sure of it. As will the nova scotia labour's board, and the health and safety board. Prepare to be taken to court. Safety first traffic control, You are finished with the way you treat employees that have actual work ethic, you are finished with mistreating employees. And you are finished with wrongful dismissals and thinking people don't know their own rights.
