- incompetent management / leadership - little to no coaching, mentorship - unrealistic quotas (~10% reps hit) - minimal IP, competitive differentiation - hire BD team too fast and do not train properly - lack of transparency on 1-5 year vision - poor retention - everyone talks at each other, little to no collaboration - unfavorable commission structure
