      Avantages

      Safe offre un excellent environnement de travail à ses employés. L'entreprise regorge de personnes intelligentes et amicales et la direction encourage et promeut l'équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée. Travailler chez Safe offre un bon équilibre entre la flexibilité et l'enthousiasme de travailler dans une start-up avec la stabilité d'une entreprise qui existe depuis plus de 20 ans.

      Inconvénients

      L'emplacement peut être gênant pour certains, il y a un manque de commodités à proximité.

      C'est plutôt cool que Safe ait réussi à maintenir le même sentiment d'excitation qui a commencé il y a près d'un quart de siècle (wow!). Il est vrai que nous ne sommes pas situés au milieu d'une région métropolitaine comme Vancouver - pour beaucoup, cela fait partie du charme - mais nous sommes heureux que cela n'ait pas été un obstacle pour vous.       When I worked here, many people encouraged me to work less so that I would have a work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      I had trouble finding mentors who could help me grow in the ways I wanted.

      Avantages

      By far the best company I have ever worked at. Managers genuinely care about you as a person, your mental health, your work load, whether you are stressed or happy. I feel very supported. The work is really interesting, working on a real cool piece of software with a loyal customer base. The work life balance is incredible, a lot of people work remote but there is also the option to go into what is an incredible office with unlimited free drinks and very cheap food/snacks. I have never been pressured to work longer hours or anything like that. There is also full trust in you to get your work done within your own life and time commitments, notably “Flex time” is a huge perk. You can choose your hours in a lot of roles and teams.

      Inconvénients

      Not necessarily a con, but worth knowing that the company is growing fast so things may change. Pay is about market average.
