Manager - Avis employé Manager Sabre

This is the most toxic work environment I have ever seen. Management is essentially taught to discount younger staff and distrust everything. There is no constructive feedback or coaching. People are berated in front if entire deparments and it's expected that all managers will follow suit. I was actually asked at one point to call an associate and tell her she had committed a "fireable" offense by failing to make herself available for two days on an out of country vacation. I can't describe the level of dysfunction at this company.
