Lack of cohesion among squads within the same tribe. - More meetings after agile transformation, yet no tangible output produced. - Some agile coaches do not have software development or project management experiences, only have theoretical knowledge of agile and blindly chasing after the numbers. - Lack of career growth opportunities especially after agile transformation. It's a fact and yet management is still trying to deny it. Another cause of poor employee retention.
