      Inconvénients

      Middle tier management that are too incompentent. Bootlicking happening to earn higher appraisal. Chapter Lead that is not subject matter expert and lack of in depth knowledge - Still thinking they command people to work.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Inconvénients

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
