Avantages
People, managers, hours, and FOOOOOD was subsidized and delicious. Benefits were amazing, got my wisdom teeth out for completely free. I also got to mess with some cool prototype technologies that the main market probably didn't know about yet
Inconvénients
Had me working on older technologies when not working with cool unknown prototype tech, but almost nothing with the latest "hip" languages, which makes sense because their priority is security and simplicity in regards to interacting with banks, they have no need for any fancy webapp or js or full stack dev/mobile work
