      Avantages

      The people! The workforce is young, creative, and talented. You will meet tons of amazing people and make lifelong friends

      Inconvénients

      To be employed at STS is to be subjected to a hostile and unhealthy environment ona daily basis. Employee turn-over is extremely high, with no medical insurance offered and approximately 1/2 of the staff employed as temporary workers. The volume of work is completely unreasonable for the pay. I recommend that you just don't do it. I think you will regret it

      Avantages

      Great team environment with strong leadership and clear direction. The company is growing quickly and always investing in better equipment and processes. Management is supportive and open to new ideas, and there are real opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the business. The workflow is organized and focused on efficiency, which makes day-to-day work smooth and productive.

      Inconvénients

      As a growing company, things can move fast and priorities may shift, but the team adapts quickly and communication continues to improve.

      Avantages

      I've been a Production Manager at STS Inks for 10 years and its been an excellent place to grow and lead. The company values teamwork, innovation and quality and I am proud to be apart of it.

      Inconvénients

      Like any workplace, there are areas that can improve, but the positives far outweigh the challenges.
