Company is generally viewed as a good learning environment for fresh graduates and interns.

Internship responsibilities may be more focused on documentation and process support rather than hands-on engineering design, depending on the assigned department. Exposure is mainly within semiconductor and automation manufacturing, which may limit experience in other engineering sectors. Interns may need to work independently and adapt quickly to a structured manufacturing environment with fixed working hours
