      Avantages

      flexible hours student friendly environment efficient bureaucracy for the most part close knit community is a huge advantage for pushing policy/advocacy through the higher management

      Inconvénients

      not enough hours for part time for students who are supporting themselves the portfolio is far too ambitious for the resources afforded to it not enough structural capacity within the broader institution

      Avantages

      Staff that cares about the society's mission and purpose. Friendly and collaborative co-workers. Management is easily accessible.

      Inconvénients

      Annual turnover means that policies and mandates are hard to implement long term. Society has a less than stellar public relations record.
