      Avantages

      Most of the employees are great, lots of PTO earned/available. Sites that are new are nice environments to work in.

      Inconvénients

      Department management are overwhelmed, staff are overworked, morale goes quickly from high to low, compensation increases are little to none.

      Avantages

      The Co-workers I work with are amazing.

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot of chaos low pay or loss of positions so the higher ups can get more income or build things. The frontline are not appreciated like they should be and they are not very clear with expectations or open about things that need improvement.
