      Avantages

      The staff are great and really care about the healthcare needs of their patient's. This is a great place to work.

      Inconvénients

      It is hard to advance because there are so many peoples that have degrees and when a position become available it is usually reserved for someone that the manager know in another dept.

      Family-like relationship with coworkers, clinic work is better than hospital

      Management is disconnected from front line staff, and it seems like they are more concerned about money and numbers than patient safety and nurse safety
