A company that can sustain consistent and successful growth for nearly 50 years in a competitive and saturated industry like the security and fire life safety industry should speak for itself. The vision, commitment and focus on customer service this company has demonstrated for many years has simply laid the foundation the industry was built on. I will speak from my personal experience working here and from past experiences at other companies over a career spanning 18 years, I can say with certainty that at the core of this company is a passion for honesty and a consistent pursuit of excellence, when other companies are focused on quantity this company is focused on quality. The dedication and passion the owner has demonstrated over the years is infectious and I doubt he realizes just how many people he has positively encouraged over the course of his career.
Inconvénients
Integrity, dedication and focus. The con to a company like this means an employee would need to possess at least one of those traits. Working at a company that purues doing what's right and strives for excellence does not mean things will be perfect. It means there WILL be challenges and unforeseen obstacles, it takes hard work, sacrifice and a need to put your personal situations aside to focus on taking care of the customer. Commitment is a trait many people simply no longer possess today, it's unfortunate but true. No matter what you chose to do for a living, we are all paid to do a job. Simply put, when we go to work each day our employers deserve our attention, our talents and our commitment to perform our job duties to the best of our abilities.
