I started at SSC over 17 years ago after graduation. From the beginning, SSC's ownership and management has provided an opportunity to learn and advance my career. Along with attention to the clients, there is also an employee focus to keep the atmosphere fun with annual chili cook-offs, pot lucks, holiday decorating contests and much more. This promotes a small firm feel. Finally, as a parent of two young children, the flexible work schedule is important to me. It allows for a good work/life balance.
