      Have a well balanced structure. There is a clear direction in strategizing promoting business values. There is much scope of innovation.

      Avantages

      Remote contract work. Flexible scheduling. Easy work.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management. Project Manager has poor communication skills. Laid off at last minute with no warning and then asked to come back with no real coordination or plan. Treated as disposable instead of valued.
