SPMD.. While my time at SPMD presented significant challenges, including inconsistent management, a lack of clear direction, toxic work environment, coworkers constantly quitting or being fired, it ultimately forced me to develop exceptional problem solving skills, become highly adaptable, and proactively seek solutions to navigate a chaotic workplace. This experience has prepared me to thrive in a more supportive and structured environment, which I am now fortunate to have found somewhere else. If you plan on working here and ever want a work review FORGET it. Get your finances straight when you're hired or you will be screwed, because you wont get a dime more over the years. I've worked for companies without the best work environment but SPMD takes the cake as being by far the WORST. If you have medical concerns that need accommodations don't count on it.. they will find any reason to get you out of their hair by trying to dodge the ADA. They did it with me just a month before a serious brain surgery. Cheers SPMD! I wish with everything every employee there opens their eyes and sees a better opportunity to get out of there.
If you're a client looking for a fabrication shop, look elsewhere. You can find better quality of fabrication and design just about anywhere else. Very cheap shop without proper machinery and equipment to do a job correctly. I literally had better equipment and machinery in a high school woodshop class, seriously it's a joke.
