- Johannes is a very fair and deliberate CEO, that was really contagious. - The team was young and fun to work and hang out with. - The leadership team was concerned about a good work life balance. - It was a great opportunity to get a deeper insight in the energy market and learn more about its practicalities etc.

- When I worked at solytic the practices, strategies, personnel was constantly changing which can be a bit exhausting (is also just the nature of start-ups ;) ) bit it gives you opportunity to take part in that change!

- Ambitious, friendly and fun team - Hands on mentality - Possibility to develop in directions of your own choosing (e.g. for me working in BI) - great leads/management and knowledge base - flexibility - probably a bit more

- Coffee (move to new office after I leave so fingers crossed) - Sometimes a bit hectic, but what I have heard from friends it could be a lot worse (Startup nature)
