The only qualifications they have is that they are the girlfriend and father in law of the CEO. Pay your employees honestly as much as you pay your family in the business.

High salaries of incapable management that are related or in a relationship with the founder and CEO plus ridiculous high management fee paid to CEO and company cars for the family with “special” parking only for the management.
