      Avantages

      The company has a fantastic culture and is a pleasure to work with everybody in the office each day. The management is very supportive and are always available to help when required. There are opportunities to progress within the company if desired. Overall - brilliant product, colleagues and company.

      Avantages

      -Flexible, truly invested in their employees well being, interesting product with lots of potential. -Global company with very distinct cultures in each location. -They have moved fast and made great strides. -Amazing training program (both professional and personal growth) -Benefits are pretty good. -Most of the top Leadership is approachable and interactive -Great starting place for a recent college graduate. -Standing desks

      Inconvénients

      Compensation - definitely on the lower end of Silicone Valley, but then they are in Downtown San Jose. C & VP Leadership - poor communication, mixed messages, an overall avoidance for stepping up and doing the hard things, till its too late. Politics: For the size of company, there are a lot of politics and complicated processes, and a general blame game when things go wrong. Promotion and career growth can be pretty limited.
