-Long history of bleeding talent that eventually goes to work for the competition -Work/Life balance - varies per group -Politics rule promotions above management level. Executives are usually hand picked early in their career (6-10 years), so you know by then where you are headed -Shooting ourselves in the foot with excessive policies. Every time there is an incident, our solution is another checklist, and it has gotten to the point where we have a couple of initiatives to reduce this paperwork. -Company need is always first.
