Inconvénients
Working extra hours, working under constant pressure, transfers between locations (each 2-7 years) causing need of adaptin to new environments. Working in this company may be really stressfull. The balance between work and personal life is often not acceptable (by experience - from 8 am to 8-10 pm for a non-field employee). Constant moving between locations with the entire families for some people is also difficult to handle.
