      1- Very good training system. 2- Defined Career Path for the first three years. 3- Team Diversity. 4. Travel.

      Inconvénients

      1- It's a huge company so you either in the politics of it or not, and if you're not you probably won't achieve your goals. 2- There's no work and life balance.
