Avantages
Great technology, great training, great reputation. Good benefits package. Diversity of exposure. Good support in the early career stages. Early empowerment.
Inconvénients
Self centred management, always focusing on their superiors. Arrogant (can live with that) but also ignorant - just hoping and praying to move to next promotion. Supporting the party line gets you up. Rebellious, outgoing, doing it right attitudes not tolerated. Get this right, and can be very profitable based on the technology and hard working workforce.
