Seismic "Engineers" often overly cocky because they believe they were hand picked by Schlumberger from University. You are just a number, don't be fooled into thinking you are special in the grand scheme of the company. Often no direction from management. Little chance of moving into another field within the company. I have never met the managers above my direct managers. RED TAPE!
