      Avantages

      Even as it grows, SIS maintains it's original feeling of home where everyone looks out for each other. Everyone is ready to praise and support each others goals.

      Inconvénients

      As a global company sometimes you can't always talk to someone on the same timeline but we do a great job of being remote and using virtual tools.

      Foot in the door to the industry

      Inconvénients

      New college graduate hires is like a revolving door. They hire then lay off because no projects or work and struggle to find something to assign. Only good thing was that it was a good foot in the door but kind of underpay and have weak benefits
