      Still thinking whats positive in this company. Yeah, the company is small so everyone has a lot of pressure. So you may develop good pressure handling capacity.

      Rare help from seniors. No training mechanism. No proper guidance .

      Avantages

      The work quality is good, and motivated knowledgeable members, good opportunity to learn for a fresher.

      Inconvénients

      Communication and management is extremely poor, making the workload very stressfull, especially for freshers. No formal training is there, but still a few months period of learning must be given.
