Set Active was a fast-paced and creatively challenging environment where I gained meaningful experience managing social media, collaborating with influencers, and contributing to brand strategy. It’s a place where you can grow quickly if you’re self-driven and adaptable, especially if you’re passionate about social media and brand building.

That said, the pace can be intense and priorities shift often. I’ve seen some of the negative posts about leadership, and while I understand that not every experience is the same, I think it’s important to remember there are two sides to every story. In my experience, leadership wasn’t what it’s often portrayed to be by upset former employees. Like any successful company, there were high expectations and moments of pressure, but I didn’t feel mistreated or unsupported.
