Avantages

- friendly and helpful colleagues - great benefits (fruit, gym, yoga, language lessons, sometimes financial bonuses, release parties with food and drinks, awesome teambuildings ) - CEO That is willing to talk with you whenever you want. - basically, anyone can work here. (for a minimal wage of course)

Inconvénients

- unpaid overtimes - low salary - FCO who doesn't know anything about game industry or people in game industry. - no new projects, you will be producing DLCs till the end of your life - ancient technology (old game engine, obsolete pipelines) - if you are a 3D artist you will probably burnout after some time, because of the lack of creativity and repetitive tasks.

Avantages

Good games, skilled developers, cool offices, passionate CEO.

Inconvénients

The studio grew but didn't change its mindset. The CEO doesn't seem to enjoy running the studio much so he lets the incompetent, unchecked, micromanaging CFO run it into the ground. It's a slow process, because the games sell well. Which makes SCS similar to Titanic. You can hear music in the first class plays, officers insist on the course, the whole thing seems unsinkable, but the cold dark water level rises steadily.

Avantages

I might be able to name a few positives about SCS, but unfortunately the negatives outweigh them all.

Inconvénients

Team leaders think they’re the best in the world, but outside this company they would be completely useless in the real game industry. The CEO, unfortunately, fails to recognize incompetence even when it’s staring him right in the face. From what I’ve also heard from people around me, skilled and talented individuals are overlooked and given no opportunities, while problematic and lazy employees are tolerated and kept on. The biggest issue in the entire company is safe production.
