      Avantages

      Compensation was fair, but not worth the damage. Some people were fine on an individual level.

      Inconvénients

      Attempts at collaboration or open communication were met with put-downs and intimidation. Not at all inclusive. Germans who always have to remind you that you are not up to their standards.
