      Avantages

      Pros are you would be able to learn a lot of skills and might be able to join in the company expansion

      Inconvénients

      There are no SOP, everything is dictated by someone whom weld the power and wanted. Changes are ridiculous at times. Unless if you are used to office politics and negative environment it would not be advisable
