Management structure is almost non-existent with long-timers scattered about the structure who manipulate and run the show. Some serious growth issues because of long timers creating a toxic environment for other employees and new hires. This company is severely dysfunctional and the tail wags the dog at almost every turn. Employees are cut loose and fired frequently and for no reason. Therefore, constant and frequent turnover, especially the owners' assistants. Meetings are lengthy and long with zero production or meaning.
