      Avantages

      A good salary (for some) but nothing else.

      Inconvénients

      - poor management. Have never seen a company with such poor management that continually make bad decisions. - dishonest and nepotistic atmosphere - no career growth - basically labor brokers, nothing else - no certainty in business continuity (always retrenching) - little to no communication from the top - high pressure to make a profit for the owners

      Avantages

      Through SAPRO i have managed to visit and live in 8 different countries either working onshore or working remotely, whilst building a little nest egg. SAPRO is what you make of it, it is a useful vehicle for international exposure and you just never know maybe your dream of living and working in New York may come true to, like it has for me.       There are no PROs at all being an independent contractor

      Inconvénients

      On holidays of clients, you take unpaid leave As an IC you are hired only when there is a client matches your profile, thus no growth nor stability and job security.
